Gluonpilot main module (documentation)
Firmware:
  • 3 modes:

  • 8 servo outputs
  • 6 RC-receiver channel inputs (or all when PPM-based)

    • Sends telemetry (GPS position, speed, attitude, ...)
    • Allows to change all configuration parameters
    • Allows to change flight plan
  • 2 LEDs to show status
  • 16Mbit on-board flash for:
    • Configuration
    • Flight plan / waypoints
    • Data logging
  • SPI port for extensions (OSD)
  • I2C port for extensions (magnetometer
  • Cable harness for PWM connections with RC-receiver

Extension board (documentation):
  • Polarized battery connector (2s to 5s Lipo)
  • Switched voltage regulator
  • XBee socket
  • No need to disconnect XBee during configuration using FTDI
  • Can be powered using USB (during configuration) or using an external battery (during flight)
  • Optional:
    • OSD: Tx and Cam connectors + power supply (5V and direct battery)
