Config Gps

Jump to: navigation, search

The GPS-tabpage lets you configure and view the GPS.

The only configuration parameter you need to change, is the start-up baudrate. This is the baudrate the GPS-module uses on startup:

  • EB-85: My module has 4800 baud
  • Locosys: My module has an autodetection, so any baudrate (4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200) will do.

After changing this value, "Write" it to memory, "Burn" the memory settings to flash. And reboot the module (cold reboot - remove power to the module).

When the connection to the GPS module works, the "Void" (no Gps lock yet) or "Active" (Gps locked!) status should be enabled. When neither "Void", nor "Active" is checked, then there is no connection to the GPS module.
